Dana is a great coach, who has also become a friend. I find it fascinating that our executive coaching sessions seem to be a combination of friendly chat and laboratory research, where she plays the role of scientist and I play the role of the lab rat! Overall she has a good coaching approach to assisting her clients’ self discovery.
