People want to feel valued so they can contribute and engage with creating a positive future. True commitment is obtained after all members of the system feel that their voice has been heard. Once this happens, people feel safe to add to the shared pool of knowledge which generates the constructive dialogue necessary for collective intelligence to thrive.
