I have had the opportunity to work with Dana over the last 3 years on different topics from Co-Dev workshops, coaching and team effectiveness programs. She really takes time to understand the client and their needs by truly listening in order to adapt her approach using best in class models and tools to enhance the experience. She is up to date on the latest trends, research and practices. I have really enjoyed partnering with Dana, she is welcoming with high positive energy and passionate about her work.
